Subject: Efficient Repair!

I am writing concerning a recent repair that was carried out by yourselves, and the great service that I received.

I was having problems with the battery life on my nearly year old S3 Motorcaddy and so phoned your customer services department at 09:15 on a Monday morning.

One of your very pleasant service representatives answered the call and went through diagnostics and decided it would be best to return the trolley and battery to you for inspection.  A courier was arranged and the unit picked up on Tuesday for American Golf who had sold it to me.

I was very surprised and pleased to receive a phone call on Friday morning saying that the trolley had been returned.

When I collected it I found that the battery, charger and control switch had all been replaced under warranty, all I can say is thank you very much for your quick and effective service.

It puts faith back into manufacturers that you can provide very good customer service when required, I shall recommend Motrocaddy to anyone who is looking to purchase a trolley.

Subject: Trolley Repair

I would like to thank you for the excellent service provided by your customer services whilst assisting me with the repair of my Motocaddy.  Charlotte could not have been nicer and her efficient and competent manner was matched by the service that she promised would be provided - well done.  The repaired trolley was delivered this morning at 0930, which was fantastic service.  I just wish my golf was as good as your quality customer services!
