Please note, we only ship to UK addresses

All orders are dispatched using Citylink (or Royal Mail for small accessories / spare parts).

Shipping Rates:

* Shipping is FREE to mainland UK addresses on everything except for batteries and spare parts
* Battery & Spare part orders under £19.99: £2.99
* Battery & Spare part orders over £19.98: £6.99
* Next Working Day delivery: £9.99 (orders placed by 2pm)

Delivery Information:

In order to mantain the highest levels of customer security, we require orders over £50 to be delivered to the credit or debit card holder's billing address. This is to prevent credit card fraud and should you have any questions about this, please contact our customer service team on 0845 058 9818.

Deliveries by Citylink are made on weekdays (Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm) and require a signature. If no-one is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery. All orders are normally delivered within 1-3 working days.

Next day delivery is only available on orders placed before 2pm and refers to 'next working day' delivery. Please note that we cannot guarantee next day delivery to some regions of Scotland, Northern Ireland and non-mainland addresses. Please feel free to contact us should you wish to confirm service availablity for your region.

We dispatch orders on weekdays only (Mon-Fri except Bank Holidays).

To track an order log in to "My Account" with your e-mail address and the password which you chose when placing the order, and then go to "see orders", select the order you wish to track by clicking on "view" and then scroll down the page to the tracking number, then simply click on the tracking number to see the current status of your order.
